Just follow the below steps to get started:

Sign into Business Banking Online

Select Admin, then Company admin (you will need your token to access Company admin)

Select Users, then select the desired User and choose an Access time.
3. Did you know that you can create scheduled payments in Business Banking Online so they are processed on their due date?
Future dating payments is handy if your business is closed and you are not looking at your banking over this time. Simply set and forget your payments. Business Banking Online will do the rest.

Just follow the below steps to get started:

Sign into Business Banking Online

Select Payments

Complete the details for your payment and tick the ‘Make this a scheduled payment’ box.
4. Does your business make larger payments at this time of year?
Business Banking Online gives you the flexibility to adjust your payment limits as your business requires on your desktop, mobile and tablet.

Just follow the below steps to get started:

Sign into Business Banking Online

Select Admin, then Company admin (you will need your token to access Company admin)

On the Company details page you can update your limit under Transaction limit.*

*This is the daily limit for your company, which includes funds transfers and payments. Please remember to check the authorisation limits for Users that approve payments (in case authorisation limits are not large enough for approving payments).
