Make sure you’re registered for internet banking and have your logon details ready:

You will need to be registered for St.George Internet and Mobile Banking. Not yet registered? You can register in the St.George App. How to register for Mobile Banking (PDF 957KB)
After you download the App, you will be asked to logon to your account, so it is important you know your logon details including your Customer Access Number, Security Number and your Password.

What’s the difference between Internet Banking and Mobile Banking

Mobile banking gives you access to your bank wherever you are. There are features only available in the App such as Cardless Cash, Quick Logon, and Push Notifications, and it’s regularly updated with new features. You can view a list of our supported devices here.

For some services you will still need to access Internet Banking

How do I download the Mobile Banking app?

How do I logon for the first time?

Logging on to Mobile Banking is easy.

Download the app and tap “Logon” on the homescreen
Enter your Customer Access Number (which you would have been provided upon registering for Internet or Mobile Banking)
Enter your 4-6 digit Security Number
Enter your password
If you’d like to setup quick logon (FaceID*, Fingerprint*, Security Number, or Password), tap “set up quick logon”
Tap “Logon to mobile banking”

How do I change my preferred logon method?

Tap the cog icon in the top right corner of the Mobile Banking homescreen to setup or change your Quick logon method
Tap on the ‘Quick logon’ link under the ‘Settings’ heading.
Choose your preferred logon method (listed below) and follow the prompts:
1. Fingerprint* (for iPhone 5S or above with iOS9 or above, or a compatible Android device)
2. Face ID* (for iPhone X or above)
3. Security Number
4. Password
