Getting started

Mobile banking gives you access to your bank wherever you are.  With a wide range of banking services available in the app you can take your bank with you no matter where you are going.  You can view a list of our supported devices here.

For some services you will still need access to Internet Banking, such as Bank Cheques. 

iPhone users can download the latest app from the App Store.

Android users can download the latest app from Google Play.

Logging on to Mobile Banking is easy.

1. After you have downloaded the app, go to the logon screen and tap ‘Activate Mobile’ in the menu at the bottom.
2. Enter your 16-digit credit or debit card number, or your Customer Access Number (which you would have been provided with when you first opened your accounts).
3. Enter your 4-6 digit Security Number you created when first setting up Internet Banking.
4. Enter your Internet Banking password.
5. If you’d like to logon using just your Security Number, or your fingerprint (available on compatible devices) then tap ‘Save card/access number’.
6. Tap the Logon button or the Go button on your device keyboard.

Tap the Services icon at the bottom of the Mobile Banking home page, then tap Manage Payees. Here you’ll see your payees and overseas payees.

At the bottom of the accounts screen tap the Services icon. Here you will find a wide range of banking services available to you.

At the bottom of the accounts screen there is a Messages icon. This is where you will find important messages sent to you by the bank.

Tap the Services icon from the Mobile Banking home page, then tap Scheduled Payments.

The gripper is depicted by 3 lines grouped together and allows you to swipe the gripper across, up or down and you will open accounts, payments or sections.

The Help Menu, including FAQs, will appear once you tap the three dots in the top left hand corner of the screen.

Tap the Services icon, then under Your Cards tap Report lost/stolen or block card, then fill in the details. It will give you an option to choose to block the card temporarily or permanently – choose temporarily and you will have 15 calendar days to reactivate your card or cancel it, or it will automatically reactivate.
