Customisation

Yes. Visit the 'Set My Preferences' function, located in the 'My details & settings' menu, to choose between small, medium or large font sizes. Please note that when choosing to view Internet Banking using the 'large' font preference you may notice some of the text and fields wrapping. This text enables you to see all the text on the screen, but it doesn't affect the way text appears when printed. Certain screens may also present a horizontal scroll bar in order to show the entire screen.

Unfortunately, you cannot enlarge your icon size.

You may choose from a range of different icons, or remove them altogether. Simply click on 'My details & settings' and select 'Change my account icons'.

Yes. You can rename your accounts to something particularly meaningful to you, and also change the order in which they are displayed. For example, you can rename your savings account 'Travel Fund', or place your home loan at the top of your account listing.

Yes. If you would like to change the display of your transaction history, you can do so by following one of the steps below:

My account - Account Details:

• Select the 'Change transaction Order' button
• Under the heading 'Customise Display Options', look for Transaction history display order
• Click on the drop down menu and make a selection
• Save your selection

My details & settings:

• Visit the 'My details & settings' menu
• Select 'Set My preferences'
• Under the heading 'Customise Display Options', look for Transaction history display order
• Click on the drop down menu and make a selection
• Save your selection

Transfers, payments & BPAY:

• Visit the 'Transfers, payments & BPAY ' menu
• Select 'Transaction History' under 'History & receipts'
• Select the 'Change transaction Order' button
• Under the heading 'Customise Display Options', look for Transaction history display order
• Click on the drop down menu and make a selection
• Save your selection

Yes. Visit the ‘Set my preferences’ function, located in the ‘My details & settings’ menu, to choose the amount of transactions to be displayed. You may choose to display a range of 25 to 500 transactions.

Yes. You can hide your account balance by clicking the 'Set my preferences', located in the 'My details & settings' menu, and selecting 'No' in the dropdown box next to the Display Account Balance option.

Please note that this will stop the account balance from displaying on the 'My Accounts' page only.

The following characters cannot be used:

$ - ) ( : _ + % * ? [ ] \ > ; = < } ^ { | @ # !.

Please correct your entry by removing any of the above characters in order to change your account alias.
